Absolutely not. We welcome complete beginners and work with all fitness levels. Your first session includes a fitness assessment so our trainers can understand your starting point and design a programme that's challenging but achievable for you.
The easiest way is to message us on WhatsApp or fill out our booking form. We'll schedule a free 30-minute consultation where you can tour the facility, meet a trainer, and discuss your goals before committing to anything.
We're open Monday to Saturday from 9:00am to 9:00pm, and Sunday from 10:00am to 6:00pm. We also offer early morning slots (from 6:00am) for personal training sessions — ask us about availability.
Our standard membership is month-to-month with no long-term contract required. We also offer 3-month and 12-month packages at discounted rates for members who want to commit longer term.
Yes! New members get one complimentary group class before signing up. For personal training, we offer a discounted introductory session at RM 60 so you can experience the coaching quality before committing to a package.
All of our trainers hold recognised certifications from bodies such as ACE, NASM, REPS Malaysia, or equivalent. Many hold additional specialisations in areas like weight loss, athletic conditioning, pre/postnatal fitness, and injury rehabilitation.
Yes, we have dedicated parking for members at our Sungai Buloh location. The facility is also accessible by public transport — we're a short walk from the nearest bus stop.
Members can freeze their membership for up to 30 days per year (for travel, medical, or personal reasons) without losing their current rate. Simply notify us at least 3 days before your freeze period starts.
